What is aal2TrunkConfigSusCellRateIgr?
This OID defines the sustained (average) cell rate for ingress traffic in cells per second, stored as an Integer32. Engineers set this to ensure the trunk doesn't exceed the long-term average throughput available from the network provider. For example, a sustained rate of 5000 cells/sec means the trunk should average 5,000 cells per second over time, even if peaks can be higher.
