What is aal2TrunkConfigOamStatus?
This OID controls the OAM (Operations, Administration, Maintenance) monitoring status for side A of the connection, stored as an INTEGER. Engineers configure this to enable fault monitoring and decide whether the endpoint should respond to AIS/RDI failure notifications from the network. For example, 'End-Pt' activates endpoint monitoring so the trunk responds to failure signals.
