What is oldIpxNetFltrDestination?

This is the older version of a network filter that stores a 4-byte destination network address to match against incoming IPX traffic, or 0x00000000 as a wildcard. This is a legacy OID kept for backward compatibility with older versions of the ACC MIB. For example, 11223344 matches any packet destined for the IPX network 11223344, while 0x00000000 matches all destination networks.
