What is oldIpxNetFltrAction?

This older field sets what happens to IPX traffic matching the source and destination networks, with values 0–3 for discard, lowPriority, normalPriority, or highPriority. Engineers configure this to control traffic priorities or block unwanted flows in legacy network setups. For example, setting it to 0 (discard) silently drops all matching traffic, while 3 (highPriority) fast-tracks it.
