What is accX25XmtRRs?
This counter logs Receive Ready (RR) flow-control packets sent to tell the remote side 'I am ready and you can send me data now'. RR packets are used in X.25 to manage the pace of data transmission. A value of 2045 means the port sent 2,045 RR packets, indicating it was resuming the ability to receive data that many times.
