What is accX25SvcMin?

This integer specifies the minimum number of switched virtual circuits that IP must always keep idle and available for establishing new connections to any destination. Network engineers set this to ensure new traffic can get a circuit quickly without waiting for a new one to be established. A value of 2 means the device always reserves 2 idle circuits for any new destination that comes along.
