Delay (seconds) between opening of successive virtual circuits to same destination.

What is accX25SvcDelay?

This integer sets the delay in seconds between opening successive switched virtual circuits to the same destination when demand builds up. You configure this to control the rate at which new parallel circuits are created—preventing a burst of sudden circuit openings that could stress the network. A delay of 10 means the device waits at least 10 seconds between opening consecutive circuits to one endpoint.
