Description:

specifies lowest Logical Channel Identifier to be used for switched virtual circuits.

What is accX25SvcBase?

This integer specifies the starting logical channel identifier number reserved for switched virtual circuits on this port. X.25 networks use channel IDs to distinguish different virtual circuits, and this OID sets where the device begins numbering SVCs. If set to 1, the device uses logical channels 1, 2, 3, etc. for new SVC connections, leaving lower numbers for permanent circuits.
