Number of RR [Receive Ready] packets received on this port.

What is accX25RcvRRs?

This counts the number of RR (Receive Ready) packets received, which signal that the remote side is ready to accept new data on the circuit. Engineers use this as a flow-control indicator; low RR counts with high data-send attempts indicate the remote side is overwhelmed or congested. Example: continuously sending data but only receiving 1 RR per 100 packets suggests the remote application is slow or the link is heavily congested.
