What is accX25RcvCallReqs?

This counts the number of incoming Call Request packets (inbound connection attempts) received on the port, representing circuits the remote side is trying to establish. Engineers track this to measure incoming circuit demand and detect unusual patterns like connection floods from the remote side. Example: normally 2-5 incoming calls per hour; suddenly seeing 50 may indicate an application trying to establish many parallel circuits or a network anomaly.
