What is accX25RcvCallAccs?

This counts the number of Call Accepted or Call Connected confirmation packets received in response to outbound call attempts, indicating successful circuit establishment. Network engineers use this to verify that their call establishment requests are being successfully acknowledged by the remote X.25 device. Example: if call requests increase but call acceptances stay flat, outbound connections are failing—indicating a problem on the remote side.
