What is accX25PvcLine?
This field specifies which physical network port on the device this Permanent Virtual Circuit (PVC) configuration is attached to, using the interface index number. Permanent circuits are always-on, pre-configured connections that don't require call setup. A value of 4 means this PVC is permanently configured on physical port 4 (ifIndex 4) of the device.
