specifies default packet window size for this port.

What is accX25PktWind?

This integer sets the default window size, which is the number of packets the device can send without waiting for acknowledgment before the remote end confirms receipt. Network engineers tune this to balance throughput and reliability—a larger window means faster throughput but requires more buffer memory and can cause congestion. A common value is 8 or 16 packets, meaning the sender can have that many outstanding before it must wait.
