What is accX25OpenSvcCounts?
This counter shows the current number of active Switched Virtual Circuits (SVCs) open on this port at any point in time. SVCs are temporary on-demand circuits, so this number fluctuates as calls are set up and torn down. A value of 15 means 15 calls are currently active on this X.25 port right now.
