What is accX25AtNetInOutAddr?
This field stores the primary X.25 address (a numeric identifier like a phone number on the X.25 network) that your device dials when initiating calls to reach this destination. Network engineers configure this with the X.25 DTE (Data Terminal Equipment) address of the remote device or network they want to reach. A value of '311061234567' tells your device 'when reaching this IP address, call this X.25 number first.'
