Index of optional facility string or 0.
What is accX25AtNetFacIndex?
This field selects an optional X.25 facility string (0-255) that defines special call parameters and features for this translation entry, or 0 if no special facilities apply. Network engineers use this to apply different X.25 negotiation settings (packet size, window size, flow control) to individual remote systems or circuits. A value of 0 means standard X.25 negotiation; a value of 5 means 'apply facility string #5,' which might specify a 512-byte packet size for this particular circuit.
