accX25AddrMode

Module: ACC-MIB

OID (symbolic): ACC-MIB::accX25AddrMode

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.17.3.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description:

specifies address translation technique.

What is accX25AddrMode?

This integer setting controls how the device translates between local addresses and X.25 network addresses when routing packets. Network engineers configure this to match their addressing scheme and network topology—different translation modes work better in different corporate WAN setups. A value of 1 might mean direct address mapping, while 2 could mean subnet-based address translation.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.17.3.1.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accX25AddrMode

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.17.3.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accX25AddrMode.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.17.3.1.2.1 i <value>
