What is accSysCpuAvgShort?
Reports the CPU utilization percentage measured over the past 1 minute as an integer. Engineers monitor this to detect sudden CPU spikes that may indicate performance problems, excessive processing load, or malicious activity. A value of 75 means the CPU was actively processing 75% of the time in the last minute.
