What is accSysBootTime?

Shows the time the system last booted as a 3-byte string representing hours, minutes, and seconds since midnight. Engineers check this to verify the device has remained stable or to investigate if recent reboots might explain missing data or network outages. A value of 034500 means the system last booted at 3:45 AM.
