Description:

Indicates if the STP topology of a network is in process of changing. no(0), yes(1)

What is accStpTopChange?

ACC-MIB::accStpTopChange shows whether the STP topology is currently in the process of changing or converging. A value of 1 (yes) indicates network instability or convergence, while 0 (no) indicates a stable, converged topology. For example, during a cable pull or switch failure, this value will be 1 until STP recalculates paths.
