What is accStpHelloTime?

ACC-MIB::accStpHelloTime sets the interval (in seconds) at which this bridge transmits hello BPDUs when it is or is attempting to become the root. A shorter interval speeds up topology convergence but increases CPU and bandwidth overhead. For example, a value of 2 means this bridge sends hello messages every 2 seconds when acting as root.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.2.14
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accStpHelloTime

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.2.14.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accStpHelloTime.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.2.14.1 i <value>
