What is accSrStpTopChangeDet?
This read-only OID is a flag indicating whether the bridge detected a topology change bit set in the most recently received Hello BPDU. Network engineers monitor this to know when neighboring bridges are signaling that the network layout has changed. A value of 1 means a topology change notification was just received and the network is likely reconfiguring its paths.
