Protocol to be used in conjunction with logical operation to determine the disposition of all received packets.

What is accSrFiltIIEntProtocol?

This OID stores a 2-byte protocol type value used to match packets during source route filtering. Network engineers configure this to apply filters based on specific protocols such as IPv4 (0800), IPX, or AppleTalk. For example, entering 0800 in hexadecimal filters only IPv4 packets, letting engineers control traffic by protocol type.
