What is accRipOutCmdCnts?
This read-only counter tracks the total number of RIP command packets your device has successfully transmitted to neighbors since boot. Network engineers use this to confirm that your device is actively initiating RIP communication and the routing protocol is operational. If this counter is 923 and remains constant while input counters are increasing, it suggests your device is receiving routes but not actively requesting them.
