What is accPppLinkPeerToLocalACCMap?

This bitmask shows which control characters the remote peer escapes when sending to us. Network engineers monitor this to ensure both sides agree on character escaping for async serial protocols. For example, if this is 0x00000000 but local-to-peer is 0xFFFFFFFF, there's a mismatch that could cause protocol failures on the return path.
