What is accPppLinkLocalToRemoteAC?

This flag indicates whether Address/Control field compression is enabled for frames we transmit (1 = enabled, 0 = disabled). Network engineers use this to further reduce PPP frame overhead on bandwidth-constrained links like dial-up or slow WAN circuits. For example, a value of 1 saves 2 bytes per frame on most traffic, which adds up significantly on slow serial links.
