What is accPppLinkLocalToPeerACCMap?

This is a bitmask (OCTET STRING) showing which control characters the local device escapes when sending to the remote peer over async serial links. Network engineers configure this when using async PPP over serial lines to ensure control characters don't interfere with the protocol. For example, a value of 0x00000000 means no characters are escaped (clean 8-bit path), while 0xFFFFFFFF means all 32 control characters are escaped (maximum safety for noisy lines).
