Description:

What is accPppLinkConfigXmitACCMap?

This bitmask specifies which control characters the local device will escape when transmitting over async PPP. Network engineers configure this during link setup to ensure the remote peer receives clean, unambiguous frames. For example, a value of 0x00000000 means we send raw control characters without escaping (assumes a clean link), while 0xFFFFFFFF escapes everything (safest for noisy async serial links).
