accNetload

Module: ACC-MIB

OID (symbolic): ACC-MIB::accNetload

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.27.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Setting this object to initiate causes the unit to attempt to load application code into local (execution) memory from a file in the accRlSourceTable. This code will then be immediately executed.

What is accNetload?

Setting this OID to initiate causes the device to download application code into execution memory from a file in the remote load table and immediately run it. A network engineer uses this to apply patches or updates without a device reboot. For example, setting the value to initiate triggers the device to fetch and execute the code from the configured remote source.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.27.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accNetload

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.27.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-MIB::accNetload.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.27.2.1 i <value>
