What is accMemPoolFrags?
ACC-MIB::accMemPoolFrags counts how many times this memory pool has been fragmented, measured as a gauge. High fragmentation can slow down memory allocation and reduce effective available space, so engineers track this to spot memory efficiency problems. For example, a value of 127 indicates the memory is scattered into many small pieces rather than consolidated.
