What is accMemPoolFails?

ACC-MIB::accMemPoolFails counts how many allocation requests to this pool have failed (usually because the pool is out of memory). A rising or non-zero value is a critical alert that the device is under memory pressure and may start dropping traffic or functionality. For example, 23 failed allocations indicates the system is struggling and needs more memory or a reboot.
