Description:

Number of times requests were made for a buffer of this size that failed because none were avaliable.

What is accMemBlkEntFails?

This counter tracks the number of times the system failed to allocate a buffer because none were available in the pool. Engineers use this to diagnose memory exhaustion and confirm that packets were dropped due to buffer starvation. A value of 23 means the unit ran out of buffers 23 times and had to discard data.
