Number of T1 timeouts detected on this port

What is accLapbStatT1Timeouts?

This counter increments each time the T1 retransmission timer expires, meaning a sent frame wasn't acknowledged before the timeout interval elapsed. Network engineers monitor this to detect network congestion, high latency, or unresponsive remote devices causing excessive retransmissions. Example: rapidly increasing values suggest the remote device is overloaded or the link latency is too high for the configured timer.
