What is accLapbStatREJIns?
This counter tracks LAPB REJECT frames received from the remote device, indicating it rejected one or more received frames due to sequence number mismatch. Receiving REJECT frames means the remote end lost frames in the sequence and is requesting retransmission from a known point. Example: a counter value of 3 means the remote device issued a reject 3 times, each time halting forward progress until frames were resent.
