N2 counter (retry counter) for this interface.

What is accLapbN2Count?

This configurable retry counter (2-20 attempts) defines how many times LAPB will retransmit a frame before giving up and declaring the link failed. Engineers adjust this based on link quality—poor links need higher values to tolerate occasional corruption, while good links can use lower values to fail fast. A value of 5 means the port will retry failed frames up to 5 times before treating the link as broken.
