The operational status of this subscriber interface.

What is accIsdnxSubOperStatus?

This OID reports the actual operational state of the ISDN interface (up, down, testing, or unknown). A network engineer checks this to see if the interface is physically and logically operational, independent of administrative configuration. A value of 1 typically means the interface is up and ready to carry calls.
