What is accIsdnxStatLapdRecvdFrmrs?

This counter logs FRMR (Frame Reject) responses received from the peer, which signal that the peer detected an unrecoverable protocol violation in a frame we sent. High FRMR counts indicate a serious mismatch in LAPD implementation or a corrupted frame being sent by the local device. A value of 2 means the peer rejected 2 of our frames as unrecoverable errors.
