Description: The number of peer SABME frames received on all data links associated with the D-channel of this ISDN interface.

What is accIsdnxStatLapdPeerSabmes?

This counter tracks SABME frames (Set Asynchronous Balanced Mode Extended) received from the peer, which are used to establish or reset LAPD data link connections. Engineers monitor this to track link establishment attempts and detect repeated resets. A value of 43 means the peer initiated or reset the LAPD connection 43 times, which could signal instability.
