What is accIsdnxStatLapdNrSeqErrors?

This counter tracks N(R) sequence errors, which occur when LAPD frames arrive out of order or with invalid sequence numbers. These errors indicate corruption, lost frames, or a malfunctioning peer that is not following the LAPD protocol correctly. A value of 4 suggests the system received 4 frames with bad sequence numbers, indicating link quality problems.
