What is accIsdnxStatLapdCntlErrors?

This counter tracks LAPD frames received with invalid or unsupported control field values that the local device cannot process. This usually indicates line noise corrupting the control byte or a peer device using a non-standard LAPD variant. A value of 3 means 3 frames arrived with garbled or unrecognized control fields.
