Description: The number of output hardware errors counted by the D-channel HDLC driver.
What is accIsdnxStatHdlcOutErrors?
This counter logs hardware errors that occur when the HDLC driver attempts to transmit D-channel frames, such as buffer underruns or line driver failures. Rising output errors suggest a failing network card, overloaded CPU, or signal transmission problems on the telephone line. A value jumping from 0 to 8 could mean the link is degrading and calls may fail to establish.
