What is accIsdnxStatHdlcInPackets?
This counter tracks the total number of packets received on the D-channel, which is the signaling channel used by ISDN interfaces to manage call setup and control messages. Network engineers monitor this to ensure the ISDN interface is receiving call control traffic properly. A value of 15,347 means the interface has received over 15,000 call setup and management packets since the last restart.
