What is accIsdnxStatHdlcInDiscards?

This counter counts valid packets that the HDLC driver intentionally dropped because the receive buffer was full or processing capacity was exhausted. Engineers watch for discards to diagnose packet loss and performance issues on the ISDN signaling channel. A value of 2 means the device had to throw away 2 signaling packets, which could cause call setup delays or connection failures.
