The administrative status of this subscriber interface.
What is accIsdnSubAdminStatus?
This read-write enumerated value controls whether the ISDN subscriber interface is administratively enabled or disabled. Engineers disable an interface temporarily for maintenance or upgrades without physically removing cables. Setting it to 'down' gracefully disables the interface, while 'up' activates it to establish ISDN connections.
