What is accIsdnStatLapdUnsolicResps?

This counter counts received LAPD (Link Access Procedure on the D-channel) response frames that arrived without a corresponding request—these are unexpected protocol messages. A network engineer would monitor this to detect protocol violations or equipment on the far end sending incorrect responses. For example, a value of 8 unsolicited responses might indicate a switch or peer device that is malfunctioning or not following the ISDN protocol correctly.
