The number of peer SABME frames received on all data links associated with the D-channel of this subscriber interface.

What is accIsdnStatLapdPeerSabmes?

This counter tracks how many SABME (Set Asynchronous Balanced Mode Extended) frame requests have been received from the remote peer, which is used to establish a data link connection. You would monitor this to see how often the remote equipment is attempting to restart the connection with your interface. For example, a count of 42 SABME frames in an hour indicates the peer device was attempting to reset the link 42 times, which could signal an unstable connection.
