Description:

Switch to enable/disable a dial originate filter of the IPX file server watchdog (Keep Alive) packet.

What is accIpxWdFilter?

This setting controls whether the device filters out IPX file server watchdog packets (keep-alive messages that maintain active NetWare connections). Network engineers use this when watchdog traffic is consuming too much bandwidth on dial-up links or causing false disconnections on slow WAN circuits. Set to enabled to block watchdog packets and reduce traffic; set to disabled to allow them through so the server stays connected.
