What is accIpxPortTotalIns?
This counter accumulates the total number of valid IPX packets received on a single network port, regardless of destination. Network engineers monitor this to establish baselines for port traffic volume and to detect when a port suddenly becomes idle or traffic ceases. For example, a port normally seeing 50,000 packets per minute dropping to 1,000 would indicate the link is down or traffic has been rerouted.
