What is accIpxPortInErrs?

This counter counts packets received on this port that were discarded due to internal device errors like buffer overflow, memory allocation failure, or processor overload. Engineers monitor this to detect when a device's resources are exhausted and it can no longer reliably process incoming traffic. For instance, if this counter climbs rapidly (e.g., 500+ errors per minute), the device needs a restart, upgrade, or additional resources.
