What is accIpxOutErrs?

This counter counts the total number of errors that occurred when the device tried to transmit IPX packets out of its interfaces. Engineers care about this to detect problems with network interface cards, transmission circuitry, or driver software that prevent packets from leaving the device. An example would be a counter growing at 10 errors per minute, suggesting a failing Ethernet port or corrupt network driver.
